Shipping Policy

At Extraordinary PCs, we use UPS to ship all of our packages. Our PCs come with InstaPak packing foam and bubble wrap to ensure that no interior components are damaged. You are never liable for shipping damages. Built to order PC require about 2 weeks to ship; Ready to Ship PCs are shipped same or next buisness day.

Return & Exchange Policy

Extraordinary PCs offers free 14 day (from date of delivery) returns and exchanges in addition to the general warranty. Buyer is responsible for restocking fees and loss of value if item is not returned in original condition.
